Irrigation update:  The new irrigation system was installed during the asphalt/irrigation project in the fall of 2021. The new system runs via an app which is connected to local weather monitoring stations. The system will automatically adjust watering times depending upon temperature, rainfall, and wind predictions. The system still runs by courts but not entire building to entire building as with the old system. The new system now runs according to the type of heads in the court: rotary lawns, sprinkler lawns, rotary islands, rotary rear yards.

 

All grass areas now have irrigation heads, so it is important that residents, guests, visitors, and contractors do not park on any grass areas including the islands. If you discover a broken sprinkler head, please notify the Board as soon as possible so that it can be repaired.
